Exclusive-Use Weekend Venue Hire
A venue that’s yours for the whole weekend
At The Secret Garden, weddings are designed to feel relaxed rather than rushed.
Our exclusive-use venue hire gives couples private access to the venue and accommodation from 1pm on Friday through to midday on Sunday.
Your chosen marquee is set up on Thursday and removed on Monday, giving you plenty of time to decorate, personalise the space and enjoy the celebrations without feeling rushed.
That means more time to decorate the marquee, welcome guests, settle into the accommodation and enjoy the celebrations without feeling pressured by tight turnaround times.
The venue is never shared with another wedding during your stay, helping the entire experience feel personal, private and completely your own.

Complimentary Shepherd Hut Stay
A complimentary one-night stay in the luxury Shepherd Hut, either before or after your wedding, subject to availability.

Marquee hire is arranged separately from venue hire, giving couples complete flexibility over the look, layout and size of the space. Whether you prefer a traditional marquee, clear-span structure or something more contemporary, the venue can accommodate a range of wedding styles and guest numbers. Some couples choose elegant formal layouts with long banquet tables and chandeliers, while others prefer relaxed rustic styling, festival-inspired spaces or greenery-filled interiors. We’re always happy to recommend trusted marquee suppliers and help guide you through the planning process.
Drinks & Bar
Flexible drinks packages and fully licensed bar
The Secret Garden provides a fully licensed bar managed by the venue team, helping everything run smoothly throughout the day and evening.
The bar setup includes professional bar staff, draught dispensers, refrigeration, tills and glassware, helping create a relaxed and seamless guest experience.
Couples can choose from a range of drinks packages, including prosecco receptions, Pimms, wine with the meal and champagne toasts, create something more bespoke and evening bar arrangements during the planning process
Because the venue is licensed, all alcohol served during the wedding celebrations must be purchased through The Secret Garden bar.
The atmosphere is designed to feel sociable, welcoming and relaxed — from drinks on the lawn in the sunshine to evening cocktails beneath the fairy lights.
